Product Descriptions and Photographs

Products are shown as accurately as possible, but different tablets / monitors could show colours slightly differently from the actual product. Close up pictures are provided to allow you to clearly see the item, therefore it is important that you pay close attention to the products measurements and description. All items are individually handmade, therefore items of the same description may differ slightly.

Delivery

Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts offers free delivery within the UK. Items will be dispatched within 3 – 5 working days after the receipt of order. For personalised items please allow 7- 10 working days for dispatch.

Faulty Items

If the Goods are damaged the Purchaser should contact Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts within 3 days of receipt of Goods.
All handmade items have been carefully made and checked before dispatch. If all or part of your order arrives damaged, I will require the item to be returned for inspection or full photographic evidence of the damage along with images of the packaging when it arrived before any refund is processed. Please contact me directly through my shops messaging system and I will be happy to discuss the best way forward.

Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts will refund your account via your original payment method on receipt of the item. Items must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days.

Payments can be submitted online using PayPal which is securely protected by data encryption technology, the private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full. Complaints/Customer Service

The Purchaser should inform Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts immediately of any problems using the contact form on the website. Complaints are taken very seriously by Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts and will be investigated as soon as they are brought to our notice. We will endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible.

Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by Poppy’s Handcrafted Gifts to process the Purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible.
