Decorated Wooden Box 19.7cm – engraved Whale

Description

A Treasure Chest design decorated wooden box, with laser engraved Whale design.

With decoupaged lower half, in a Blue patterned design. The inside is lined with Blue felt.

The Whale is decorated with Blue paint pearl highlights.

Size: 19.7cm width x 12.2cm depth x 10.5cm height.

Bronze coloured metal hinges and clasp.

For decoupage I use paper napkins or rice paper, both will show small creases due to the process.

On lighter colour decoupage papers the woodgrain could show through.

Wood is a natural product and shade variations and different textures are characteristics of the boxes.

This box is not a toy, and not suitable for very young children, due to the metal hinges, catch and any small decoupage.
